A letter of reassurance to our customers
Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Sure.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we’re truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
Second, at Sure, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities, but want to inform you that in agreement with our employees, we are open for business.
We have put the follow measures in place:
Continually monitoring, observing and communicating general health measures
We have a rolling programme of communication to all our employees through email, office posters and communications-cascade, to observe the enhanced public health measures at all times and keep all employees safe and aware.
Hand sanitising stations have been established throughout the business, and extra soap has been placed in washrooms. Staff are being reminded throughout the day to:
‒ Regularly wash hands with soap and warm water for the time it takes to sing happy birthday twice.
‒ Carry a tissue at all times. Catch coughs and sneezes in a tissue and throw the tissue in the bin (Catch It. Bin It. Kill It)
– All of our offices have anti-bacterial gel and hand wash available
– All workers to use anti-bacterial wipes on keyboard, mouse, desk and chair arms
‒ Avoid touching your face
‒ Avoid physical contact
We will also be updating and reviewing new information provided by the government and WHO (World Health Organisation).
We have implemented remote working for certain teams to limit contact. 90% of all teams have access to remote working. All management, Email, MIS, CRM, sales and invoicing systems are cloud based and can be accessed remotely. The phone line is internet based and all employees have access to the system via an app on mobile devices. The below plans are currently operational:
If you have any concerns regarding any work you place with us, please do get in touch and we’ll be pleased to reassure you.
